Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We must receive the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please use the contact form to request a return or exchange. We will assign you a return material authorization number, RMA#. Type "REFUND REQUEST" or "EXCHANGE REQUEST" as the first line of the message. Include your order number and your reason for wanting a return. For exchanges state which items you want to exchange and the replacement item desired. Your replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of your return.

2. You will receive an email with your RMA# and mailing instructions.

3. Include in your package the original receipt. Please write your RMA# and sign somewhere on your receipt.

4. The customer is responsible for return shipping for returns and exchanges.

5. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Return Exceptions

In the unlikely event that the shipping company looses or damages the item. The purchaser must file a claim with the shipping company. It is the purchasers responsibilty to insure the item arrives without damage and to report shipping damage to us and the shipper immediately

Restocking Fee

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If so this will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

You will not be subject to a restocking fee.
